Wallachian kyselica
Cabbage and potatoes on the table previously appeared with regularity, so it's no wonder that it prepared in so many regional variations. This also applies to soups. The one that says somewhere cabbage soup, zelnica elsewhere, is known as Wallachia kyselica. Besides the basic ingredients in it also adds sausage and sour cream

Ingredients:
• 400 g sauerkraut
• 300 g sliced ​​potatoes
• 100 g sausages
• 100 g English bacon
• 150 g sour cream
• 100 g onion
• 30 g butter
• eggs
• 2 tablespoons flour
• bay leaf, allspice
• dried mushrooms, pepper, lemon and herbs
• milk
• salt

procedure:
Cook the cabbage with caraway seeds, in a second saucepan, boil potatoes, bay leaf, salt, pepper, dried mushrooms, allspice, cumin and herbs.
