Our fifth meeting is in Denmark from April 18th to 22nd, 2012

The headline for our fifth meeting is young peoples lives.

Wednesday

Students from Slovak arrive early – our plan is to visit Legoland, as it is a weekday, the price is fair.

Around 2 pm Belgium and Czech team arrive.

We drive to our school and drink hot chokolate and eat roles and cakes.

Maybe we will have time to play a game before you go to your hostfamilies.

Evening in hostfamilies.

Thursday

8.20 am to 11.25 am

Short presentation of all the teams.

Classwork – you will be split up and send to different classes.

(Cooperation – discussion – games – cooperative learning)

11.25 to 12.00 – Lunch break

12.00 to 14.30 – Outdoor games – National matches – we will divide you into groups and pretend that we all are from fictive countries.

14.30 Refreshment

15.00 Everybody take part in preparation for the evening party. We are going to cook, set the table, prepare entertainment (if you have good ideas – bring them please)

18.00 Partytime: Eveningmeal – dancing to live music– competition – honor the winning country from the afternoon games.

22.00 Home to hostfamilies

Friday

8.20 When we meet at Agerbæk school you must be dressed in practical clothes and bring all your luggage as well. We will go by bus to Oksbøl. On our way we will visite Varde

10 am to 3 pm Outdoor activities: Gps, games, mountainbike maybe climbing

3pm Accomodation on Oksbøl youth hostel.          https://www.danhosteloksbol.dk/

The rest of the afternoon free.

18.00 Evening meal

19.00 Bingo Banko a´ la 9. class

Saturday

8 am            Breakfast

9 am to 11.30 am        Teamwork – diskussion in groups about how young people live their lives in the different countries. (rules at school, rules at home, sparetime activities, sparetime jobs, interests)

12 pm         Lunchbreak

1 pm           We take the bus and go to Blåvand (A nice town by the Westcoast - unfortunately it is only spring – so it is too cold to go swimming).

4 pm           Preparation for the evening party: Eurovision Song Contest

6 pm           Evening meal

7.30 pm     Evening party with song contest and disco dance.

Sunday

Early – 6 am? Breakfast for Czech Team - they must be at Billund airport at 7.50 and leave Oksbøl at 6.45

7am breakfast for all the others

8.30 am - We go by bus to Billund Airport – Spain must be there at 9.45

10 am Slovak, Belgium and Danes go to Lalandia Aquadome – bring your swimingsuit and towel.

What to bring:

·         Clothes and footwear for outdoor sportactivities

          (be prepared for bad weather – it can be wet and windy)

·         Swimming suit and towel

·         Party-clothes

·         Each country please bring 5 small gifts for our “Bingo Banko” evening on Friday.

·         If you can sing, play music or in another way entertain the group – feel free to do so.
